
Sinéad Furlong is a singing teacher, singer and songwriter and owner of The Voice Studio Wexford.
Background and Education
Sinéad began performing from a young age with performance, drama and dance groups in Wexford, Ireland. She moved to Dublin in 2011 where she studied as a Vocalist on the BA (Hons) in Commercial Modern Music at BIMM Institute Dublin. Since graduating, Sinéad has enjoyed success as a singer, event organiser and music blogger.
Sinéad has performed in venues across the country including The National Opera House, Wexford Arts Centre, The National Concert Hall and 3 Arena as well as for live and pre-recorded shows for RTÉ and TG4. Sinéad has also performed in New York City’s prestigious Carnegie Hall as a soloist alongside members of The Line Up Choir.
Sinéad completed the 20 hr BAST Singing Teacher Training Course in 2020 and is committed to continuing her professional development through her own vocal and artistic development and study, attending Teaching Clinics as well as Voice Conferences and Webinars held by BAST, Vocology in Practice and Sing Ireland among others.
Other Projects
Sinéad is also a songwriter and wedding ceremony singer and founded music platform MNÁSOME in 2017 which celebrates women in music through playlists, interviews and gigs.
